Roles

The Merchant portal can be used by different groups to perform key business tasks. Users from different groups have different permissions within the portal.

Role	Description
Admin	Full control, best for business administrators.
Finance	Best for users who need access to transaction and balance details but don't need to manage VIP consumers.
Operations	Best for users who need access to transaction and balance details, and VIP management.
Customer Service	Best for users who assist consumers and need access to transaction details and VIP management.
