04Transaction amount exceeds consumer's limit.You have exceeded your 7-day transaction limit. Please return to the cashier and make a purchase for an amount that is within your limit.
07Maximum log in attempts reached.You have exceeded your maximum number of bank log-ins. Please contact your bank for assistance with your online banking credentials.
09The consumer cancels the transaction after bank account verification.N/A

13Risk management subsystem rejects the transaction.Your payment cannot be processed.
14Negative information on the identity.Your payment cannot be processed.
15Mismatch with Merchant info.Your transaction cannot be processed because the personal information on your bank profile does not match your account profile. To complete your transaction, please return to the Merchant site and correct the information on record.
16There are not sufficient funds to cover the transaction.Your transaction cannot be processed because there are not sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the transaction. Please deposit enough funds in your bank account to cover the transaction before trying again.
17Cross-currency transactions are not supported.Your transaction cannot be processed. Only Canadian dollar bank accounts (CAD) and Canadian bank accounts are supported.
98The transaction is declined (generic error).An error occurred in the transaction process. Please return and try again.
99Consumer opt-out.You have cancelled your transaction.
101Invalid routing number.Your transaction cannot be processed. Please check your bank transit number.
102Bank validation failed.Your transaction cannot be processed. Please check your bank account number and bank account type.
103Consumer opted out after unsuccessful log in attempt.Please contact your bank for assistance with your online banking credentials and try again.
