What format are scheduled exports generated in?
Scheduled exports are generated as CSV files.
Is there a limit to the number of transactions that can be included in a scheduled export?
No, there is no limit to the number of transactions that can be included in your scheduled export. However, if you plan to open the CSV file in Excel, please note that Excel has a max limit of 1,048,576 rows per worksheet and you'll need to manually create a new worksheet for the additional transactions beyond this limit.
Is there a limit to the number of scheduled exports I can create?
No, there is no limit to the number of scheduled exports you can create.
Can I schedule recurring exports for multiple reports?
Yes, you can create scheduled exports for each report individually, based on your needs, and even set up variations of the same report with different filters applied.
Can users in my organization create duplicated scheduled exports?
No, if a user attempts to create a scheduled export for a source report with the same filters as an existing one, they will receive an error indicating a duplicate. However, they can still download a copy from their Exports History page.
Can I edit the filters of an existing, scheduled export?
At the moment, you can only edit the "schedule frequency" of an existing export. To change an export's filters, simply delete the export and create a new one with your desired filters.
Can users within my organization subscribe to my scheduled export(s)?
This capability is not currently available but is under consideration for future development.
Can I forward my scheduled export notification email to another user within my organization?
If you forward your scheduled export notification email to another user with Merchant Portal access, they will receive an error if they attempt to download the export using the link in the email. Only the creator of a scheduled export can access it through the notification email. However, users with the appropriate permissions can manually download the report from the Schedules Management or Exports History page.
What happens if I miss the scheduled export notification email?
You can still access and download your scheduled export at any time by visiting your Exports History page.
Can I cancel a scheduled export once it's been created?
Yes, simply go to your Schedule Management page and delete the scheduled export. Once deleted, the export will no longer be generated, and you will stop receiving notification emails.
