Overview

Merchants are given access to the Paramount Commerce merchant portal, where they can view account and transaction reports, analyze performance metrics and manage consumer settings. The merchant portal services both the INTERAC and Instant Bank Transfer products.

Depending on your Role permissions and products, you can view the following reports in the Merchant Portal:

1. Current Balance
2. Daily Summary
3. Adjustments
4. Disbursement
5. Payins
6. Payouts
7. Returns
8. IBT Representment
9. Identity Verification

The following configurations are also available in the Merchant Portal, depending on your Role permissions and products:

3. Custom Payment Flow
