INTERAC Overview
Our INTERAC product offering allows merchants to initiate:
- INTERAC Payments: Consumers can choose how they want to deposit money from their bank account by sending money with INTERAC e‑Transfer from their bank’s app or website.
- INTERAC Payouts: Initiate disbursements to consumers' accounts in real-time.
Contacting PayDirect SupportPayDirect is Paramount’s consumer-facing brand for INTERAC payments. The PayDirect customer support team will support Consumers using the product. However, Paramount’s Account Management, Operations, and Business Customer Support teams will support Merchants and Partners with the product.
