VIP Consumers

Note

Only team members with Admin, Operations, or Customer Service role permissions are able to manage VIP Consumers. For more details on user group role permissions, see Roles.

This functionality is applicable only to Instant Bank Transfer.

View VIP Clients List

  1. Go to Configurations > VIP Consumers to view the VIP list.
  2. Search by consumer User ID or Merchant in the Search bar to view specific VIP Consumers.

Add a VIP Consumer

  1. Go to Configurations > VIP Consumers to view the VIP list, then click Add VIP Consumer.
  2. Enter the consumer user ID.
  3. Select the Merchant account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the Risk Rating for the consumer. The Account Status should show as active.
  5. Click Add.

Edit a VIP Consumer

  1. Go to Configurations > VIP Consumers to view the VIP list.
  2. Search for the consumer using either the consumer User ID or Merchant.
  3. Click the Edit button in the record row.
  4. In the Update VIP Consumer window, edit the Merchant Account, Risk Rating, or Account Status.
  5. Click Update.

Note

Changing the Account Status to Suspended will deactivate the VIP consumer. Once a VIP consumer account is created, it is not possible to delete the account.
