Error Codes

When submitting an identity verification transaction, there are a number of errors that may result in a transaction failure.

99Consumer opt-out.You have cancelled your bank verification. Please return and try again.
103Consumer opted out after unsuccessful log in attempt.Please contact your bank for assistance with your online banking credentials and try again.
105Consumer online bank account error (account blocked, password reset, etc.).Your bank verification cannot be processed. Please contact your bank for assistance with your bank account.
106Bank website unavailable.An error occurred connecting to your bank. Please return and try again.
107No valid bank account available.Your bank verification cannot be processed. Please return and try again with a different bank.
