When submitting an identity verification transaction, there are a number of errors that may result in a transaction failure.

| 98 | Generic Error | An error occurred in the transaction process. Please return and try again. |
| 99 | Consumer opt-out. | You have cancelled your bank verification. Please return and try again. |
| 103 | Consumer opted out after unsuccessful log in attempt. | Please contact your bank for assistance with your online banking credentials and try again. |
| 105 | Consumer online bank account error (account blocked, password reset, etc.). | Your bank verification cannot be processed. Please contact your bank for assistance with your bank account. |
| 106 | Bank website unavailable. | An error occurred connecting to your bank. Please return and try again. |
| 107 | No valid bank account available. | Your bank verification cannot be processed. Please return and try again with a different bank. |
